從電機電機啟動原理和電機旋轉原理的角度來理解:
當(dang)感應(ying)電動機處(chu)在停止(zhi)狀態時,從電磁(ci)的(de)(de)角(jiao)度看,就(jiu)象變壓(ya)器(qi),接到(dao)電源去的(de)(de)定子(zi)繞(rao)組相當(dang)于(yu)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)一(yi)次(ci)線(xian)圈,成(cheng)閉(bi)路的(de)(de)轉子(zi)繞(rao)組相當(dang)于(yu)變壓(ya)器(qi)被短路的(de)(de)二次(ci)線(xian)圈;定子(zi)繞(rao)組和(he)轉子(zi)繞(rao)組間無電的(de)(de)的(de)(de)聯系,只有(you)磁(ci)的(de)(de)聯系,磁(ci)通經定子(zi)、氣隙、轉子(zi)鐵芯成(cheng)閉(bi)路。
當合閘瞬間(jian),轉子因(yin)慣(guan)性還未轉起來,旋(xuan)轉磁(ci)場(chang)以最大的切割(ge)速度——同步轉(zhuan)速切(qie)割轉(zhuan)子(zi)繞組,使轉(zhuan)子(zi)繞組感應起可能達到高電(dian)(dian)勢(shi),因(yin)而,在轉(zhuan)子(zi)導體中流過很大的電(dian)(dian)流,這個電(dian)(dian)流產生抵消定子(zi)磁(ci)(ci)場的磁(ci)(ci)能,就象變(bian)壓器(qi)二次磁(ci)(ci)通(tong)要抵消一次磁(ci)(ci)通(tong)的作(zuo)用一樣(yang)。
而定(ding)(ding)子方(fang)面(mian)為了(le)維(wei)護與該時(shi)電(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)壓相適應的原有磁通,遂自動增(zeng)加電(dian)流(liu)。因為此(ci)時(shi)轉子的電(dian)流(liu)很大,故定(ding)(ding)子電(dian)流(liu)也增(zeng)得(de)很大,甚至高達額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)流(liu)的4~7倍,這就(jiu)是(shi)啟(qi)動電(dian)流(liu)(liu)大(da)的(de)緣(yuan)由。啟(qi)動后電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為什(shen)么小(xiao):隨著(zhu)電(dian)動機轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速增(zeng)高,定子(zi)(zi)(zi)磁場切割(ge)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)導體(ti)的(de)速度減(jian)小(xiao),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)導體(ti)中感應電(dian)勢減(jian)小(xiao),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)導體(ti)中的(de)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)也減(jian)小(xiao),于是(shi)定子(zi)(zi)(zi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)中用(yong)來(lai)抵消轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)所產生的(de)磁通(tong)的(de)影響的(de)那部分(fen)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)也減(jian)小(xiao),所以定子(zi)(zi)(zi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)就(jiu)從大(da)到小(xiao),直到正(zheng)常。
三相鼠(shu)籠異(yi)步電機的(de)啟動電流一般是4~7倍(bei),但是不(bu)(bu)是一(yi)定的。不(bu)(bu)過一(yi)般要(yao)求電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的起(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)(bu)能超(chao)過其(qi)額定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的2~5倍(bei)。電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)功率超(chao)過30kw的電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)不(bu)(bu)適合(he)頻繁(fan)啟動(dong),因為30kw以上電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)啟動(dong)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)一(yi)般為額定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的6-7倍(bei),頻繁(fan)啟動(dong)會增(zeng)加電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)溫升(sheng),造(zao)成燒毀電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的可(ke)能。
一般交流電(dian)動(dong)機是(shi)異(yi)步(bu)電(dian)動(dong)機,它的直(zhi)接啟動(dong)電(dian)流約是(shi)額定電(dian)流的4-7倍(bei),電機小,則是(shi)7倍(bei),電機大,則是(shi)5-4倍(bei)。因為交流電動(dong)機有(you)(you)阻抗,不(bu)像直(zhi)流電動(dong)機只(zhi)有(you)(you)電阻,所以啟動(dong)電流不(bu)可能(neng)有(you)(you)十幾(ji)倍(bei)。對于同(tong)一(yi)臺電機來說(shuo),不(bu)管重載輕(qing)載,它(ta)的啟動(dong)電流是(shi)一(yi)樣(yang)的。
僅(jin)僅(jin)在用儀表測量時看(kan)起(qi)來(lai)有點不一(yi)樣。因(yin)(yin)為輕載(zai)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)啟動較(jiao)快,當儀表指(zhi)針還未(wei)升到最大時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)已(yi)起(qi)來(lai)了,電(dian)(dian)(dian)流開始下降,因(yin)(yin)此(ci)看(kan)上去電(dian)(dian)(dian)流較(jiao)小。而當重載(zai)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)啟動慢,儀表基本(ben)能跟(gen)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)變(bian)化,看(kan)起(qi)來(lai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流較(jiao)大。實(shi)際是一(yi)樣的(de)。
